Highland Heart - A Short Documentary Series

Sylvia Frances Films collaborated with Alameda Health System’s Care Transition Program, housed at Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA, in a storytelling project to produce a series of character driven short stories that personalize patient experiences, foster empathy, and educate the public on the nuanced relationship between care-giver and care-receiver.
